Traditionally, the diamond purchasing experience has always been ambiguous for consumers since it is difficult for a layman to determine the quality or purity, colour and price of a diamond. And since most diamonds are bought in studded-jewellery, one may find the valuation of their diamonds a tedious and uncertain process. Ezeediamonds eliminates all such doubts by providing complete transparent information on pricing (Price Chart issued every fortnight) and 4cs; carat weight, colour, clarity and cut of diamonds.

Can I send a gift to a different address?

It is very easy to send a gift to an address different to yours. After you add a product to your shopping cart and proceed it will ask you to the shipping address where you can mention the name and shipping address of the person whom you want to sent the product.

What is the buy back policy?

Return of these Diamonds accepted any time after a period of 6 months from the time of purchase. Products with tampered Seal will not be accepted for Return. Please accompany the Certificate and the purchase Invoice at the time of Return. The Product Code on the diamond blister pack and the IGI certificate would be matched at the time of Return. At the time of return the company will deduct 9% (Handling Cost) of the Prevailing MRP and pay the customer. Company will pay the Consumer after seven working days from the date of return as per the company policy. Buy Back policy will not be applicable in case of goods bought under any promotions or schemes.

Can I get the certificate of the diamonds?

All Ezee Diamonds products accompany IGI Certification.

What is a price chart?

The Ezee Diamond price chart would serve as a gauge to measure the price movement. Price chart is indicating the current consumer market price for the type of diamonds that we offer. This Ezee Price Chart will be updated every fortnight by our research desk, which will be closely tracking and monitoring the demand and supply of diamonds in the retail market. The pricing methodology is overlooked and guided by The Diamond Council and authorized by KPMG.
