Purchase of the Product

* The Customers can purchase the Products from the Company at the MRP

    of the respective Products.

* MRP’s will be published for the Products on a periodic basis i.e. every fifteen (15) days.

   These  prices will be available at all retail outlets selling the Products, and

   also communicated using   appropriate mass media.

Exchange Policy:

* The Customer shall promptly inspect and accept the Products delivered pursuant to       

   this document after receipt of such Products. In the event the Products do not conform

   to the specifications or if for any   reason  the Customer is not satisfied with the Products,  

   these can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase.  

 * It is expressly understood by the Parties that the Products will be exchanged only

    where the purchased item is in its original condition, with sealed packaging without

    any tampering, along with its original certificate and original bill / invoice

Return Policy:

 * In the event of a Consumer return to the company after 6 months from the

      date of purchase.

     Company will pay the consumer 9% lower than the M.R.P. of the day.

 * In the event of a Consumer return to the Company before 6 months from

     the date of purchase.

   Company will accept the return from the consumer for such product after deducting

   15% of  invoice value 

 * Payment to be made within 7 Working days.

 * In case of diamond sizes like 0.05,0.10,0.20 cents the return policy will be applicable

    only if diamonds  are returned in the sealed blister packet along with its purchase

    invoice, cerificate & packaging material.

 * No Return Allowed for goods purchased under promotional scheme.

 * For broken, damaged, tampered goods and goods without certificate the small will

    not be considered under   return or exchange policy.
