Return of diamonds would be accepted as per the below mentioned terms and conditions : |

Returns would be accepted as per the Current Buy-Back Policy of the Company.
|
|
|

Products with Tampered Seal will not be accepted for Return
in case of diamonds sizes – 0.05cts, 0.10cts, 0.20cts.

|
» |
The Certificate and the Purchase Invoice should be accompanied
along with the product at the time of Return.
|
|
|
» |
The Product Code on the diamond blister pack and the certificate would be matched
at the time of Return.
|
|
|
» |
Returns will be confirmed only once the products have been subjected to inspection
by the
quality assurance department.
|
|
|
» |
Company will pay the Consumer after seven working days from the date of return. |
